I first spoke with Dawn around 7 months ago. She was and has continued to be the most attentive and encouraging person. The idea of counselling to me was always bizarre, but after speaking to Dawn I immediately felt safe. Her warmth and sincerity are more than I could ever have asked for and her guidance and support has truly changed my life. I could not have found a better person to help. -L.
